Ecological and local wines workshop

Fairmont Rey Juan Carlos I, a stunning hotel around zona universitaria is joining the wave of events around Barcelona and injecting some class into it.

This Thursday they are hosting a wine tasting where they will discuss the differences between traditional and biodynamic wine, using Catalan produced products as examples.

The tasting will come accompanied by some pica pica made in their own kitchen by Chef Claudio Aguirre that will go perfectly with each wine.
