La Lumaka is a new project in Barcelona that runs plant-based cooking workshops. Simona, a cook and trainer in Naturist, Oriental Dietetics and Therapeutic Cuisine is the person in charge of organizing the workshop. She also organizes blind dinners and publishes recipes and articles on topics related to food in the blog lalumakablog.wordpress.com.

The workshop this Sunday that will take us to explore Guinardó area focuses on 3 original and appetizing recipes based on legumes. It is a participatory class so that everyone can learn from practice new recipes and ways of cooking. The expected duration is a couple of hours, plus an hour to eat what we have prepared and have a nice chat.
